Reach us at hello@goldreward.io

One address handles the lot: hello@goldreward.io. Emma Richardson and the editors read it themselves rather than routing it through a shared helpdesk. We aim to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, UK time). Messages that come in late on a Friday usually get a response by Tuesday, and privacy requests are handled comfortably inside the 30-day GDPR window.

To help us act quickly, please include the full URL of the page your message is about and, where it helps, a screenshot or the exact wording you want us to look at.

What we like to hear about

  • Corrections and refreshes. Flag anything on the site that no longer matches what an operator actually delivers, and we will retest the claim and update the page.
  • Player tips and firsthand experiences. A detailed account of a KYC review that dragged on for weeks, or a support agent who genuinely fixed the problem, feeds straight into our retest queue and can shift a casino up or down the list.
  • Operator submissions. Casinos are welcome to put themselves forward for review. Our verdict comes from our own hands-on testing, and no listing or rating is ever for sale.
  • Media requests. Journalists and podcast hosts can reach Emma at the same address; add "Press" to the subject line so we can route it properly.
  • Privacy and data requests. Handled through the same inbox; our Privacy Policy sets out the details.

What we cannot do for you

One boundary is worth stating plainly. Goldreward.io reviews casinos strictly as an independent outsider. We are not an operator, we run no player accounts, we never handle player funds, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between a player and a casino. Locked accounts, forgotten passwords and slow withdrawals need to go to the casino's own support team first.

We can't settle casino disputes, but here's who can

If an operator has refused to sort a legitimate complaint, the right place to take it is the regulator that issued its licence, not us. Check the live public register of the relevant authority to confirm the licence and lodge your complaint: the UKGC (gamblingcommission.gov.uk), MGA (mga.org.mt), Spelinspektionen (spelinspektionen.se), KSA (kansspelautoriteit.nl), Spillemyndigheden (spillemyndigheden.dk), ANJ (anj.fr) or ACMA (acma.gov.au), whichever one licensed the operator. That is the proper channel, and the one operators are legally required to answer.

If gambling has begun to weigh on you or on someone close to you, please visit our Responsible Gambling page. It lists free, confidential support services in each of the countries we cover. Strictly for adults aged 18 and over.
